At Ceylon Glamour, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items such as sale items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at hello@ceylonglamour.com within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

  • We issue refunds only if the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
